A little cannabis history before we continue shall we?


A piece of cannabis culture can be found on nearly every continent, nationality, and language in the world. This multi-purpose plant has evolved from every experience with nature, including human usage. From fragrance, to decoration, medicine to nourishment, but what is the origin of cannabis smoking? Who started the cultural phenomena to consume cannabis from inhalation? Well, this herb first made its way to Africa, by way of Asian travelers from Southern Asia and with this voyage came trade. Tools, arts, foods, and medicines were bartered and the knowledge and usage of each were planted with every deal made. Since the cannabis plant was consumed orally (bhang tea) in Asia, travelers taught ingestion methods to Africans, which are known to take 1-8 hours for felt results, based on one's metabolism. 


Different methods of consumption are crucial in the consumer's approach to consuming cannabis. Smoking is one of the fastest methods, next to suppositories, to experiencing effects. However, uncontrolled burning can create harmful reactive oxygen chemicals that may damage the mouth, throat, or lungs. This is where the vaping technique comes into play. An approach that provides cool quality elevation and preserved cannabinoids and terpenes characteristics, which were first discovered in 13th century Africa. While society has grown accustomed to smoking water pipes through Native American, Indian, and Asian technology (hookahs & bongs), African knowledge laid the foundation.
